There's something quite special about having your own unique set of dice that you toss around the table. Even more special is having dice that fits a certain class or character that you have created. In this article I'll give you some suggestions for dice that will fit your next character, and all of them are under 50$.
Under each suggestion are links which will take you directly to their online places of purchase.
☠️ Dice Makabre Set
Starting off in the morbid corner, this is an especially intimidating looking set that will make your DM question your very sanity. Okay, perhaps they won't, but they will be intrigued! With skeletal details, skulls around every corner (no really, look at them) and tons of small little eyes, these are basically a steal for their price at just 18$.
Perfect for
- Necromancers
- Rogues
- Warlocks
🔮Purple Astrology Set
The reviews of these dice will tell you two things about them. They look better than their picture, and they exude magical energy. If you're looking for something that will leave zero doubt about what kind of character you're playing, these will do a pretty good job of getting your point across. These are also pretty affordable, at just under 10$.
Perfect for
- Wizards
- Sorcerers
- Artificers
- Bards
🌲Forest Green Set
There's something about having the force of nature in the palm of your hand. Covered in green bushes with numbers that stand out from the background, this set of dice is great for characters who are one with nature. You can pick these up for 18$ right now.
Perfect for
- Monks
- Rangers
- Druids
⛈️Storm Giant Set
This set is not for the faint of heart. If you're looking for dice fit for a knight, look no further than these. The reviews state that they are large in size, which might make your fellow players feel less significant in your presence. Smart of them to know their place. You can get them now for 22$.
Perfect for
- Paladins
- Fighters
- Barbarians
🎲Handmade Metal Set
If the name doesn't grab anyone's attention, the design definetely will. Just look at the clean cuts of these. For the price of 8$, I'm seriously considering getting these myself, you know, just in case. As your metal-dice-tossing friend, let me inform you that if you have any love for the table you're playing at, get something to roll these dice on, such as a dice tray.
Perfect for
- Artificers
- Rogues
- Fighters
- Paladins
🏴Void Set
There's something about simplicity that makes specific sets of dice stand out. The void set is known for it's sleek look and all black dice. It's exactly like buying an expensive sportscar, except for the expensive part, and the sports car part. For the price of 19.75$, these can be rolled right up in your sleeve, and tossed out at the right moment. The right moment being all the time, of course.
Perfect for
- Rogues
- Rangers
- Warlocks
- Dhampirs (Race)
🪨Red Snowflake Obsidian Set
I saved the most expensive, and possibly the most interesting looking dice I've ever seen, for last. These brown dice with golden numbers don't have a specific purpose, class or race. They can be used by any character of your choosing, and the detailed cracks on these dice make them old and wooden.
Whether that was the intention or not is hard to say, but if you're looking for a set that no one else in your group has, this is it. They will set you back about 49$, though.
Perfect for
- Druids
- Monks
- Clerics
- Wizards
